DigiYes Portable Bluetooth Speaker With Cradle Stand Review + #Giveaway 7/20 US

DigiYes_Portable_Bluetooth_Speaker.jpg
I love using a portable blue tooth speaker because aside from the convenience of bringing it anywhere in our home while it's connected to my device, I can also bring it on the go when we're pier fishing. I don't have to plug my phone in the speaker and keep the phone close to me or in my pocket while listening to music.

When I received the DigiYes Portable Bluetooth Speaker, I was excited to try it because this is the first time I'm trying a bluetooth speaker with a cradle stand. Yes, this might be common to other bluetooth speaker, but for me, this is the first time I've had a speaker with this feature. :)
DigiYes_Portable_Bluetooth_Speaker.jpg
The DigiYes Portable Bluetooth SPeaker with cradle stand comes in 6 different colors. I received the "silveng white" color.
DigiYes_Portable_Bluetooth_Speaker.jpg
The DigiYes Speaker measures 3.15 inches x 7.87 inches x 1.65 inches and has a nice, silver, metallic color. At the back, there is an on/off switch, a standard 3.5mm stereo aux-in jack and a micro-USB port to charge the speaker. The Li-polymer Battery rechargeable battery is capable of up to 1000mAh charge which can go up to 6 to 8 hours of playback time.

The charging USB cable is already included in this pack as well as a 3.5 mm jack cable so that I can also play music from devices which doesn't have blue tooth capabilities.

The cradle stand is thin yet it can effectively support my phone, a Huawei Ascend Mate 2, horizontally with the rubber case on.

And it can also support it vertically.

Pairing is very easy and no codes were required when I paired this to my phone and iPad mini. There is no volume control on the speaker so volume is dependent on the volume of my phone.

Since the DigiYes has 2 x 3 watts speaker on both sides, sound is crystal clear and sound equal. I love how this speaker delivers crystal clear, high quality sound which isn't distorted.

Aside from that, I like that the DigiYes speaker has a 10 meter wireless distance capability so while I'm charging my phone inside our room, I can bring the speaker out when I'm listening to music. It's light, compact and portable which is why it's perfect to bring on the go as well.

This is a nice, quality bluetooth speaker which is definitely one of my favorites as of now.

You can purchase the DigiYes Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Cradle Stand HERE.

FAVI Mini Keyboard With Laser Pointer Review

FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
I received the Smart Stick Keyboard Controller to try and at first, I wasn't sure where to use it. After trying it out, I was impressed and figured out where I could've used it. When I was in college, we would have presentations and we would bring our own laptop to present our report or presentation. I would have to manually use the keyboard on my laptop to flip through my report but with the FAVI Mini Keyboard, I can walk around and use this like a mouse and a keyboard in one. Here is a quick product description from the company:

-Named best home theater keyboard by CNET, PC Magazine and Home theater Magazine
-Compatible with Windows 8/7/Vista/XP, Mac and Android,Plug and play wireless connection
-Back-lit keys for dark rooms or night time use,Best in class battery life
-Includes full QWERTY keyboard, touchpad mouse, laser pointer, android hot-keys, rechargeable battery

FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
The FAVI Smart Stick Keyboard Controller came with the following:

- 1 x Mini Keyboard
- 1 x USB Dongle
- 1 x 800 mAh Li-on battery
- 1 x USB cable
- instructions manual
FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
The 800 mAh Li-on battery is similar to the battery of my old Nokia phone when I was younger. The USB dongle can be stored at the back so that it wouldn't be misplaced.
FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
The right side of the FAVI mini keyboard has a touchpad which is sensitive and works well. On the upper part of the touchpad are 4 indicator lights which indicates different functions like if the caps lock is activated or if the mini keyboard is getting low on battery already.
FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
On the side of the left part of the keyboard is an on/off switch which is nice because I can easily turn the FAVI mini keyboard on/off.
FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
There is a laser pointer included which can be accessed by pressing the laser button on the bottom of the mini keyboard. The laser pointer only works if the FAVI mini keyboard is switched on as well.
FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
The FAVI mini keyboard measures 6.2 x 2.4 x 0.50 inches and weighs only 100 grams. I like how easy this is to hold even though I have small hands. The QWERTY keyboard makes it easier for me to type as well.
FAVI_Smartstick_Keyboard_Controller.jpg
The bottom side of the FAVI mini keyboard has the laser pointer button, button up or down to navigate the pages of a presentation and the micro-USB charging port. Charging time of the FAVI mini keyboard is approximately 4 hours.

I like how easy this is to set-up and in my experience, I just plugged the USB dongle in and it automatically worked as soon as I turned the FAVI mini keyboard on. I didn't need to go through any set-up process which is really nice.

The keyboard is very responsive and I like that it doesn't create any lag time. I also like that there is a backlight which can be turned on to illuminate the keys of the FAVI mini keyboard when it's dim/dark. This helps me see the keys properly.

This works well and I like that I can move around while using the FAVI keyboard. I don't need to stay in one place and is responsive even if I'm about 10 meters away from the USB dongle/receiver.

You can purchase the FAVI Mini Keyboard with laser pointer HERE.

Liztek HBT-3200 USB 3.0 10-Port Hub with 1 Fast Charging Port Review

Liztek10PortHub.jpg
Have you had the problem of  not having enough USB ports? I have! Specially when I use our laptop. It only has 3 USB ports and there are times when I need to plug in more than 3 other devices.

Liztek offers a 10 Port USB 3.0 HUB (I also previously reviewed their 4 Port USB HUB if you need less USB Ports) with a fast charging port.

Here is a complete product specification of the Liztek 10 Port USB 3.0 HUB:

Overview
The Liztek HBT-3200 is a driver free, plug-n-play USB 3.0 hub. It instantly adds 10 x USB 3.0 Ports to an existing USB 3.0/2.0 port on your windows, linux or Mac computer. It features a high-grade chipset and durable power adapter

Super-speed Data Transfer
USB 3.0 provides 10 x faster transfer speed than USB 2.0, it saves your valuable USB 3.0 quota by consolidate 10 x USB 3.0 interfaces to one USB port so you can have more 3.0 peripherals connected simultaneously

BC 1.2 charging.
Extra 9th and 10th port functionality: quick-charge your USB-enabled devices whenever your computer is shut down, in sleep mode or when the hub is disconnected from a computer (otherwise, it's a standard USB 3.0 data port). With an output current of up to 1.5A, it charges three times faster than a standard computer USB 2.0 port. Dual functions, duly facilitated.

Portable Size
With less than 5 oz in weight, this 10 port USB 3.0 hub is the right companion for your business trip and travel. It hides easily inside your bag or suitcase.

Specification
Compact (8 × 2.4 × 0.8in) and lightweight (4.7 oz)
Power Cord Length: 8 ft
USB Cord Length: 2.7 ft
Safety: Built-in Short-Circuit protection

OS
- Windows XP/Vista/7/8. Mac OS 10.2 or above. Linux 3.0 or above.

Note
Do not connect more than 1 HDD at a time or it will cause power shortage
Some USB 3.0 devices require a direct connection to host USB 3.0 ports, including some USB 3.0 hard disks like Seagate, Apple Superdrive
2.4Ghz wireless devices (keyboards, mice, etc.) may not work around USB 3.0 ports. Try using a USB 2.0 connection.

Liztek10PortHub.jpg
The box contained the following:
- Liztek USB 3.0 10-Port Hub
- 12V/4A power adapter (8 ft)
- 2.7-foot USB 3.0 cable

Here are my thoughts about the Liztek 10-Port Hub with 1 fast charging port:

- I like how light it is. I can just toss it in my travel bag and wouldn't worry about the 10-port hub weighing my bag down.
- I like how easy it is to use. I don't have to install anything. I just plug it in my laptop or PC and it would work.
- I like the blue light indicator in each port which indicates if my gadget/s is properly connected to the USB port.
- I really like the fast charging port because it works to charge my tablet.
- The other 8 ports on the side can charge my mobile phone.
- I love how my problem with not enough USB ports have been resolved. :)

The Liztek 10-Port Hub with 1 fast charging port is a great must-have for me because I can conveniently add more USB ports just by plugging this in my laptop/PC. :)

MY REVIEW:

I was supposed to get a product key to unlock the full version but since I haven't received any reply from IObit in Tomoson, I'm going to review the Free Version I downloaded.

I was supposed to get the Advanced SystemCare 7 PRO but when I went to their site, the only available versions were the Advanced SystemCare 8 Free and the PRO. There was no version 7 anywhere and the code they provided me didn't really unlock the version 8. I installed the Advanced SystemCare 8 Free on our laptop since my daughter uses that more.

The Advanced SystemCare 8 Free version is easy to download and easy to install. I like that with a click of the Scan button, it scans the laptop and I have the option to click on a small box if I wanted the errors and other un-needed stuff deleted. The Free version definitely is nice because even if it's free, I've noticed an improvement to our laptop's performance.

The About the Product above is for the Advanced SystemCare Pro Version 7, which I've said is what I'm supposed to be getting but is not available in their site for download anymore. Anyway, I think the Version 8 (Free Version) works well, considering it's free. I just hoped their customer service who set up the promotion on Tomoson answers my questions.

I was also allowed to hold a giveaway for the SystemCare Pro 7 Version but since I have trouble contacting them and using the product key they gave me, I wouldn't run the giveaway.

You can download the Advanced SystemCare Pro 8 (Free Version) HERE.

4K HDMI Cable Ultra Premium Series by Solid Cordz Review

4KHDMICable.jpg
I'll be honest. I'm not a professional when it comes to setting up cables, PCs, TVs and other electronic gadgets but I know the difference between an okay picture/video quality and a clear picture/video quality.

I reviewed a Solid Cordz (28 AWG) HDMI Cable before (read my review here) and that's when I realized how different the video quality are when using AV cables versus the HDMI cable.

Recently, Solid Cordz sent me their new 4K 2-pack HDMI Ultra Premium Series Cable. Here is the specification for this cable:

6ft High Speed HDMI® Cable with Ethernet 28 AWG

HDMI® provides an interface between any audio/video source, such as set-top boxes, Blue-ray Disc players, DVD players, video game consoles, AV receivers and an audio and/or video monitor, such as digital television or plasma monitor, over a single cable.
Our High Speed HDMI® cables with Ethernet have been designed to meet the performance standards set by HDMI 1.4 and have passed stringent Category 2 testing. They are backward compatible to all previous versions.

Below are the major enhancements introduced in the HDMI 1.4 specification

• HDMI® Ethernet Channel - The HDMI 1.4 specification adds a data channel to the HDMI® connection, enabling high-speed, bi-directional communication. Connected devices that include this feature can send and receive data via 100 Mb/sec Ethernet, making them instantly ready for any IP-based application.

• Audio Return Channel - The new specification adds an audio channel that will reduce the number of cables required to deliver audio "upstream" from a TV to an A/V receiver for processing and playback. In cases where a TV features an internal content source, such as a built-in tuner or DVD player, the Audio Return Channel allows the TV to send audio data upstream to the A/V receiver via the HDMI cable, eliminating the need for an extra cable.

• 3D Support - The 1.4 version of the specification defines common 3D formats and resolutions for HDMI-enabled devices, enabling 3D gaming and other 3D video applications.

• 4K Resolution Support - The new specification enables HDMI devices to support extremely high HD resolutions, effectively four times the resolution of a 1080p device. Support for 4K allows the HDMI interface to transmit digital content at the same resolution as the state-of-the-art Digital Cinema systems used in many movie theaters.
4KHDMICable.jpg
The 4K HDMI Cable Ultra Premium Series by Solid Cordz comes in a 2-pack and I think that's nice because I can use 1 in our Roku and the other one for our laptop when we connect it to our TV. This would save me the hassle of transferring the HDMI cables back and forth. The cables are also very thick and looks durable. Instead of looking like a regular black cable (the one with a smooth feel), the 4K HDMI Ultra Premium Series has a rough and tough feel which prevents the cable from twisting and coiling. It is a bit heavier though but a lot more durable. The length, which is 6 feet, is nice because it's just the right length to connect our roku to the TV. It has a bit of an allowance but it's not a hassle at all.

The picture and video quality seems better than our previous HDMI cable. The video/picture quality looks crystal clear and brighter and I love it.
