Wholefood Multivitamin From Evergreen Nature Review

Taking multivitamins is something that I hope to do religiously because I know that they'll be beneficial to my health in the long run. The problem is, I sometimes forget to take them because I was never the type to always remember taking supplements daily. When I received the Evergreen Nature's Wholefood Multivitamin, I looked forward to trying it and see how it would work for me.

The Evergreen Nature's Wholefood Multivitamin came in a white plastic bottle. Each bottle has 90 capsules which is good for a 30-day supply of multivitamin supplements. Each serving is 3 capsules which is to be taken daily preferably with a meal.

The suggested use is printed clearly on the label as well as a note of caution below.

There is also a supplement facts printed on the label which is printed in a small font size but readable for me.

Beside it is a list of the ingredients used in each blend included in this supplement. It is again printed in a small font size but still readable.

The Wholefood Multivitamin from Evergreen Nature for me is a bit big. Honestly, this is one of the type of capsules which I find hard to swallow. The capsules have a moss-green color and has a herbal scent with a hint of creaminess in it.

What I liked about this capsules is that I take 3 of them all at the same time once a day, for me in the morning. This way, it's much more easier to remember taking them compared to taking them several times a day.

I like that this doesn't cause any aftertaste and I also like that it doesn't cause any stomach discomfort for me. It's a fruit/vegetable blend and is made in the USA and is GMP certified. Here is a quick product description from the company:

Morning Magic By Giles Smith Book Review

Morning Magic is Book 1 of the new Everyday Magic Series. This series will be the basis for a new programme of sight-word tools for kids aged 5-7, where the main stories will be developed into small self-readers packed with sight words. 

MY REVIEW:

The book, Morning Magic by Giles Smith, took my daughters to the first-day-of-school struggles of Emily, a young witch trainee. My 6 year old daughter read the book by herself with ease and understood it while my 4 year old daughter listened. The illustrations were colorful, vivid and nice which caught my daughters' attention. My 6 year old daughter was laughing while she was reading the book because she could relate to how Emily struggled finding misplaced things in the morning and getting ready for school because honestly, shh, we have the same situation in the morning minus the magic and spells of course. :)

I like that the story has a rhyming way and that the words used are simple and are easily understood by my 2 daughters. It's a nice, short book which my daughters loved.

I cook our meals at home but I'm not a professional cook or a chef. So for this review, I will keep it close to what I think about the Restaurant Discount's Economy Chef Coat's material, look and feel.

The Restaurant Discount's Economy Chef Coat has a soft fabric material. It is thick and has a pocket on the upper left arm and left breast.

It has 8 pearl buttons which are reversible so I can close it on either side.

I'm not sure what size I received but it is too big for me. The finished cuffs and collar have a clean seam. The color of the chef coat is bright white.

The price of this chef coat is less than $10 but the quality is nice. Plus, the more pieces chef coat you buy, the lower the price gets. :)

I style my hair using a hair dryer daily and at times using a flat iron because when left alone to air dry, my hair looks puffy. The Fixxe Volume Mousse has a runny, bubbly texture and it smells really nice. The scent reminded me of sweet berries and I really liked it.

I applied 2 pumps of the Fixxe Volume Mousse by Thermafuse on my palms and worked it through my damp hair. I then styled my hair as usual and I was impressed at how this gave volume and body to my hair and at the same time tamed my fluffy hair. I also like how this helped my hair stay soft and tangle free the whole day.

My hair looked healthy and the Fixxe Volume Mousse gave my hair an extra shine which is really nice. I also like how my hair smelled subtly sweet with a hint of berries. I didn't experience any product build-up on my hair or my scalp. I love how this protected my hair from being damaged from heat styling and helped create volume but at the same time looked tamed.

Carpet Spot And Stain Remover By VeryDirtyCarpets Review + #Giveaway 7/13 US

Recently, my 4 year old daughter dropped her container of maple syrup on our carpet. Oh yes, maple syrup. I removed it with wet wipes thinking it was clean already but after a few days, the stickiness was still there as well as some dark marks.

I recently received the Carpet Spot and Stain Remover by VeryDirtyCarpets and tried it immediately on the sticky and dirty spots.

The Carpet Spot and Stain Remover by VeryDirtyCarpets arrived in a white, 32 oz. plastic spray bottle. The directions on how to use it was printed at the back label as well as the contents included in this remover. The directions were easy to follow. The contents are also very minimal: Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Borax, non-ionic surfactants and EDTA.

The first step is to blot the stain to remove any solid or soil residue. Since I've already blotted this syrup sticky spots a few days back, I moved on to the next step.

Next is to apply a moderate amount to the spotted/stained area. The nozzle of the Spot and Stain remover has a lock feature in which I have to turn the nozzle first so that the spray would work. I like this feature since it's much kid-friendly.

I might've overdone it a bit. :) Prior to using the Carpet Spot and Stain Remover on the stain, I tested it first in a small inconspicuous area on our carpet to assure that it wouldn't discolor our carpet.

I skipped the next step which is to agitate the carpet with a brush. No scrubbing! Just agitate the brush over the spots. :) I proceeded to blot the sticky spot with a white napkin to see how it worked.

I was amazed at how dirty the napkin became after blotting it dry.

The last step is to allow the spot to dry and then to use a vacuum cleaner to remove the solid residue. Again, I skipped this part since our carpet looked really clean and the sticky spot and dark spots were gone! I did this in less than 5 minutes and it has been a few days now and the spot is still clean.

It prevented the cleaned spot from accumulating dirt again so the once dirty and sticky spot remained clean even after a few days of cleaning it.

There are times when my right knee would have that dull pain which last for a few days. It's not always but I noticed that it happens when I do an intense workout or sometimes, if I use the treadmill.  Do you have trouble sleeping even with the slightest noise? Well, luckily for me, I can sleep in any environment as long as I'm sleepy. I'm not particular with the brightness of a room or if there are other people awake just as long as it's time for me to sleep. However, hubby is the exact opposite of me.
